Wandering Goat Alternative Milk Tasting Notes:

Organic Coconut milk by SoDelicious
The coconut milk foams well, tastes sweet like coconut, but is thin in consistency.
It does not blend well in hot drinks.
It highlights the bitter elements of both the espresso and coconut, with minimal sweetness and leaves a bad aftertaste. It was by majority the least favorite tasting of the milks but one of the tasters preferred it.  In iced drinks it tastes better than in hot lattes and has better body/a nicer texture.

Flax milk by Good Karma
The flax milk does not foam well and looks unappealing. It has a thick body and tastes nutty and was well liked.
It tastes very good when blended with coffee/ as a hot latte. It steams poorly and so it has no visual appeal as a hot latte. It tastes awesome as an iced latte.
The issue with this one is that it is not organic.

Organic Oat milk by Pacific
The oat milk foams great and tastes just like oatmeal as steamed milk, and quite sweet. It has a nice, thick body.
As a hot latte it looks awesome. The foam allows for latte art and it holds up well. It also tastes good as a latte, and the “oatmeal” taste it has as steamed milk becomes very minimal when blended with espresso. It was “very sweet” for a couple of us, but still delicious, while others found it sweet but not too sweet. As an iced latte it was found to be thick and creamy, tasting grainy.  Overall a favorite with espresso drinks.
